2. Account Registration

To use the Services you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

Payments for the Services are processed securely through Paddle or other authorized payment processors. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments.
  • Pricing may change; we will notify you of material pricing changes in advance where practical.

4. Refunds

If you believe an error occurred with billing, please contact support and we will investigate. Any discretionary exceptions (if made) are at our sole discretion and do not set a precedent.

5. Client Responsibilities

When using our Services you agree not to:

  • Host or distribute illegal, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to breach, overload, or interfere with our systems or other users’ websites.
  • Violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or this Agreement.

You remain responsible for all data and content hosted in your account, including compliance with laws and third-party terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime and reasonable performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, security updates, upgrades, or network events.

Where possible we will notify customers in advance of scheduled maintenance that may materially affect service availability.

7. Support

Technical support is available to active subscribers via email or the support portal. Support is provided during our published support hours; response times may vary depending on the plan and support load.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination we may delete hosted data after providing reasonable notice unless retention is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cakkoo Billing and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising out of or related to the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except as required by applicable law.

Privacy Policy
